In her personal life, Nikki first and foremost loves being a mum to our gorgeous little boy, Theo. She also loves playing the saxophone, reading and catching up with friends over a glass of vino or two!

Graham is a Chartered Tax Adviser who has specialised in R&D tax relief for most of his tax career. He has helped hundreds of innovative companies claim R&D tax relief, generating a total benefit in excess of £15M for his clients.
Graham delivers excellent results by combining a genuine interest in his clients work with a professional and efficient approach.
Outside of work, Graham is a keen sportsman. He used to fence for Great Britain! He’s enjoying Wolves’ current success in the premier league and enjoys a kick around himself. Graham will never pass up the opportunity to sample a fine whisky!

Dave is a Chartered Engineer operating in the oil and gas, chemical and energy industry. Dave’s technical specialism focusses on low carbon innovation for energy generation, transmission, and utilisation; particularly the role of hydrogen as a low carbon energy vector.
William Hall MEng CEng MIChemE
Will is a Chartered Chemical Engineer responsible for all aspects of manufacturing on several cutting-edge batch and continuous COMAH processes.
Thomas Constant PhD
Tom is a Data Scientist specialising in machine learning and big data analysis. At the start of his career, he spent five years as a postdoctoral research scientist at Exeter University. His projects included Graphene Plasmonics, Microwave Metamaterials and Natural Photonics.
Mike Last, Software Engineer
Mike is an experienced software engineer specialising in complex web application development. He is skilled in PHP, JavaScript and more advanced iOS and Java development.

Having worked in respected firms of all sizes, we know and love the buzz of a well-functioning office. It was only when we had our first son, Theo, that we realised for us there was far more to life than working 80+ hour weeks. That is the main reason why we started Heydon Innovation.
We work hard, advise on interesting and technically challenging projects, and help innovative companies claim millions of pounds of R&D tax relief. However, we also now have enough time and energy to have fun as a family.
We strongly believe that people do their best work when they are alert, happy and enthused.
